By joining the HylexMC Minecraft server, using this website, or our Discord, you agree to these terms.

The basics

• Follow the HylexMC Global Rules and Discord rules. Staff decisions are final.
• No cheating, exploiting, botting, account sharing for evasion, or attacking the service.
• You are responsible for your account and anything done with it.

Purchases

• Purchases are digital goods delivered to your Minecraft account and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Chargebacks result in removal of the purchase and may result in a ban.
• Ranks and cosmetics are licenses to use features, not property; they may change as the server evolves.
• Store purchases are additionally governed by the separate store terms.

Moderation

We may mute, kick, ban, or reset accounts to protect the server, with or without notice. Punishments can be appealed on our Discord or by email at hylexmc@yahoo.com.

Availability

The server, website, and API are provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. Features, seasons, and stats may be changed, reset, or discontinued at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the current version. See also our Privacy Policy.
