This policy explains what HylexMC ("we") collects when you play on our Minecraft server, use this website, or link your Discord account, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Game data: your Minecraft username and UUID, gameplay statistics, playtime, sessions, friends, guild membership, ranks, cosmetics, and moderation history (bans, mutes, kicks).
• Technical data: your IP address and client version, used for account security, alt detection, and moderation.
• Discord data: if you verify, your Discord account ID and, if present, the email on that account, along with basic request metadata (country, browser user agent).

How we use it

• To run the server: stats, leaderboards, ranks, guilds, and purchases.
• To keep it fair and safe: moderation, ban evasion and alt detection.
• To link your Discord for verification, roles, and account recovery.

What is public

Your username, UUID, statistics, leaderboard positions, public ranks, guild, playtime, last-seen time, and friends list are visible on this website and through our public API. IP addresses, emails, moderation details, and staff data are never public.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except payment processing (Tebex) when you buy something and Discord when you link your account. Data is kept while your account is active; inactive unauthenticated accounts are periodically purged.

Your rights

You can ask us to show or delete the data tied to your account. Unlink your Discord at any time in-game. For any request, contact a staff member on our Discord or email hylexmc@yahoo.com.

HylexMC is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Playing on the server also involves Mojang's own services under their policies.
